Unless otherwise agreed, all mediation sessions shall be billed in 4 hour time increments, whether or not all 4 hours are actually used for mediation. All billing shall be at $250 an hour.
A fee of $250 (half being paid by each party) is required to reserve a 4 hour mediation session. This fee is non-refundable.
The remaining fee (half being paid by each party), shall be paid prior to commencement of mediation, generally the morning of the mediation.
All mediation services are supplied by Stephanie Renner, Criminal Lawyer & Divorce Attorney, Indianapolis, Indiana LLC.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be Marion County, Indiana. Indiana law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
